Railway Regulatory Compliance & Authorization Manager
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering), Quality Management, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in railway systems engineering, railway safety, or regulatory compliance, ideally within the railway sector.
- Excellent knowledge of European railway regulations.
- Strong understanding of the Fourth Railway Package, CSM-RA (Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment), Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSIs), and CENELEC standards EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129.
- Experience with RAMS analysis methodologies such as RCM, FMECA, RBD, FTA, and ETA would be considered a significant advantage.
Software and Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS or Polarion.
- Familiarity with FTA/ETA analysis tools (such as RWB, FT+, or equivalent) would be an asset.
