As part of the Supply Chain team at Poltrona Frau in Motion, the position contributes to the delivery of unique and highly sophisticated interior solutions for luxury automobiles, premium-class airline cabins, and yachts.Main ActivitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of supplies and materialsReview and analyze data and flows to determine potential issues and suggest solutionsConduct research on new technologies related to shipping or logistics to identify potential applications within the company's operationsDevelop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the company maintains high levels of service over timeReview current operations to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, including implementing new technologies and logistic innovationsEnsure that all materials are available where and when they are needed, in compliance with safety regulationsDevelop and implement plans for the transportation of materials from one location to anotherAnalyze customer order schedules, scheduling production and shipments to the customer within the correct delivery times and maintaining a high level of serviceEducation and Experience:Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringAt least two years of experience in similar positionsKnowledge of techniques, tools,
and methods for analyzing data from production systems and material flowsKnowledge of different types of material sourcing from suppliers and within the production plantKnowledge of techniques and tools necessary to control processes, identify risk factors, and related development and implementation of solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing the risk levelKnowledge of the Office Package, particularly ExcelKnowledge of applications for logistics/warehouse management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics F&OSkills and Abilities:Relational and communication skillsExternal customer orientationData analysis skillsAbility to evaluate new equipment and technological innovationsAbility to work by objectivesFlexibility, availability, proactiveness, and stress toleranceLocation:Tolentino (MC) with willingness to travelConditionsThe position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of €29-33.000 in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement. The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
