As part of our international supply chain, the Junior Logistics Specialist contributes to ensure reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient transportation flows.In this role, you will support the Logistics team in daily operational activities, including planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with logistics partners and carriers, monitor transport activities, and ensure the accurate handling of transport documentation. /p h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments, in line with company requirements /li liMonitor daily transport activities and resolve transport-related issues when required /li liCoordinate and maintain communication with logistics service providers and transportation partners /li liSupport coordination and alignment between Customer Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Demand Planning /li liPrepare and manage customs-related transport, import,
and export documentation /li liCoordinate return orders and replacement shipments /li liSupport the verification of logistics invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation /li liPrepare logistics reports and support KPI analysis /li liParticipate in supply chain projects and support process improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field or a high school diploma combined with relevant work experience /li liPrevious experience in logistics, customs, warehousing, or similar environments requiring structured planning and accurate execution is considered an advantage /li liFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is considered a plus /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel /li liExperience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is considered a plus /li liProblem-solving attitude and hands-on approach /li liAttention to detail and accuracy /li liGood communication and organizational skills /li /ul pbAnnual Gross Base Salary Range: /b starting from 30,000€.
