The team at Burberry is looking for a Store Operations Supervisor to support the delivery of an exceptional in-store experience at our Serravalle Outlet. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, empowering the team, and elevating both employee and customer experiences. You will lead by example, setting a clear and consistent standard while contributing to a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability and creativity.
Through strong execution, you will support performance and sustainable growth for the store.
Lead and support daily store operations,
ensuring consistency, efficiency and alignment with Burberry standards.
Champion a positive employee experience, fostering engagement, collaboration and a high-performing team environment.
Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects the Burberry brand and builds long-term loyalty.
Monitor and support store performance, contributing to commercial success through effective operational execution.
Maintain high standards across store presentation, processes and compliance requirements.
Experience in a retail or operational leadership role, ideally within a premium or service-led environment.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and support diverse teams.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high standards.
A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of service excellence.
Confidence in managing priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
