Business Development Manager – IT Solutions
Location: Italy (Remote)
Salary: Up to €70,000 + Uncapped Commission
Target: GP-based (aligned to senior billers)
Commission: 10% of GP (uncapped) + Accelerators up to 20%

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of new business development and account growth across the Italian market.
This is a commercially focused, hunter-style role where success comes from developing existing relationships, opening new accounts, and closing high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Drive new logo acquisition across the Italian market
- Develop and grow existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with technology partners to position best-in-class solutions
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Accurately forecast opportunities using CRM
