pFor our store in Roma we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager /ppbJob Description /b /ppTo act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliContribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store Manager /liliSupport the Store Manager in guiding the team /liliPromote a positive and professional team environment /liliParticipate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing team /liliIn accordance with the Store Manager,
