We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Support Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee and facilitate the efficient operation of our terminal facilities at our location in Domodossola. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within our terminal operations.
What you’ll do:
- Support terminal operations from the back office during your shift
- Coordinate with dispatch and loaders to build and improve loading lists
- Communicate with wagon masters, railway companies and shunting operations
- Prepare train documentation (train lists, CIM)
- Check documents and match reservations / container IDs
- Monitor operations and train status; report delays and issues early
- Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed
Your Background & Skills
- Driving licenceB
- Experience inlogistics / operations management (or similar)
- Good IT skills (TOS / ERP or similar systems)
- Languages:Italian and goodEnglish
- Strong organization, clear communication, problem-solving mindset
