- Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease
- Take orders, servedishesand share menu recommendations withconfidence
- Keep the floor running smoothly by spottingwhat’sneeded before anyone asks
- Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
- Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
- Keep your station clean,organisedand ready for action
- Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm
WhatYou’llHave

- You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
- You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
- You havegreat communicationskills and enjoy connecting with people
- You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
- You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
- You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
- You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
