Job TitleIndustrial ControllerAbout UsIngersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission‑critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency.Job SummaryVignate Plant is looking for an Industrial Controller with manufacturing experience who brings strong analytical capability and sound accounting fundamentals—someone who can move seamlessly between the discipline of accounting and the deeper analysis that drives smarter operational decisions.ResponsibilitiesStandard costing - Material standard cost definition, costing view creation for buy, make and subcontractor items.Material standard costing run, maintenance and update.Preparation and coordination of the annual costing run.Material enrichment – Finance partner in SAP and Windchill.Material purchase price variances (PPV) analysis and reporting.Material standard cost burden rate analysis.Standard cost burden/absorption components like DL (direct labour), F&D (freight & duties), OH (overhead) calculation and validation.Industrial cost controlling – Work order costs review and validation for the production, remanufacturing and aftermarket units.Validation of material and production variances,
understanding the root cause and the corrective actions.Reviewing of the transactions to ensure proper impact on accounting records and product costs.Assists excess and obsolete inventory review.Proactively seeks out ways to improve processes and accuracy and drive efficiency.Supports Operations and Business functions for accounting and costing issues.Close cooperation with the RTR/AP Regional Shares Service Centre located in another European country.Other adhoc requests, financial analysis, reports and Finance projects.Monthly financial closure, forecasting and reporting; monthly BS and P&L account reconciliations, journal entry postings, analysis and reporting.Provides insightful month end analytical reporting to deliver context and implications of the financial results, trends, risks and opportunities.Inventory detailed reconciliation and analysis.Supports the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly, monthly, weekly forecasts.Basic Qualifications3+ years of strong proficiency in SAP FI CO is a must.3+ years of standard cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.3+ years of experience performing product cost analysis and manufacturing variance analysis (material, labor, overhead, and hours).Knowledge of Italian accounting & tax regulations and US GAAP.Strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, careful structured approach applying accounting acumen related to a manufacturing environment.Understanding of internal controls, experience with SOX processes.Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.Advanced levels of English and Italian languages.What we OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria Privata)Equity grant (company shares)Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic international environmentCompany CanteenSmart and remote working could be an optionLinkedIn Learning free accessSalary Range: 29700 – 52555#J-18808-Ljbffr
