ppAs part of our growth and organizational development aroundbmajor industrial building projects /bas abGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking anbElectrical HV Construction Manager /bin bMilan. /b /ppReporting to the Operations Director, you willbcoordinate and manage our construction projects /b, for bElectrical High-Voltage /bdiscipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. /ppMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /pullibDefining methods /b, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), andbanticipating technical constraints /b, /lilibManaging project execution and coordinating on-site operations /b, monitoring technical progress, budget, andbscheduling /b, /lilibSupervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors /b, /liliEnsuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (bchange orders, technical approvals /b, compliance with standards, organizing handovers), /lilibLeading site meeting /bs and serving as the liaison with partners, /liliEnsuringbcompliance with HSE rules /b. /li /ulpWith anb Electrical Engineering /b degree (or equivalent),
