GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – Ref. FCE/TG

Northern Italy, frequent travels abroad
Descrizione The CEO will hold full P&L; responsibility and will lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the Group strategy, supporting growth across existing business and new initiatives

Set operational and financial priorities ensuring effective performance management across the Group

Strengthen and integrate the organizational structure, promoting a high-performance culture

Oversee risk management and ensure appropriate standards of governance, compliance and control





Requirements

Degree in Economics or Engineering, MBA is a plus

Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus

Proven experience in CEO/GM roles within international industrial environments

Strong track record in growth execution, international expansion and organizational development

Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving contexts

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Prior PE experience is a strong plus
