pOur client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-quality additives, compounds, and color masterbatches for the plastics industry. /ppbr/ppWe are seeking an Ibndependent Sales Consultant /bin Italy to support the company’s expansion within a strategic agricultural films market segment. /ppbr/ppThis is a flexible independent consulting opportunity for an experienced plastics industry professional with an established network in Italy. The consultant will collaborate closely with the VP Sales, Regional Director – EMEA, and the commercial team in Italy to support market development and customer engagement activities. The engagement will be structured around a flexible consulting arrangement with compensation aligned with business development outcomes. /ppbr/ppbMajor Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the company’s market expansion efforts within the Italian agricultural films sector. /liliLeverage existing industry relationships to facilitate introductions and develop new commercial opportunities. /liliBuild and maintain relationships with film producers, converters, technical decision makers, and key industry stakeholders. /liliIdentify customer needs and communicate relevant opportunities to the commercial and technical teams. /liliSupport the evaluation of potential projects, applications, and target accounts. /liliParticipate in customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions,
and follow-up activities as required. /liliCollaborate with the sales and technical teams to support the development of opportunities from initial contact through project evaluation and commercial discussions. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliMUST: Extensive experience in the plastics industry, ideally with exposure to polyolefins, compounds, additives, masterbatches, film applications, or related polymer processing sectors. /liliStrong network within the Italian plastics converting and agricultural films market. /liliBackground in technical sales, business development, product management, application engineering, technical service, or consulting within the plastics industry. /liliAbility to engage effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders. /liliGood understanding of film processing technologies and plastics manufacturing environments. /liliProfessional working proficiency in Italian and English. /liliSelf-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating in a consulting / project-based environment. /liliAvailability to travel within Italy as required for customer meetings and industry-related activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbCore Skills: /b Masterbatch / Additives / Compound Polymer Plastics Industry Sales, Direct sales Business Development Strategic Partnerships Market Expansion /ppbr/p
