YOUR ROLE
As a Teach Lead Autosar at Capgemini Engineering, you will operate in the Automotive sector, managing projects and teams, committed to developing innovative solutions for vehicles on projects related to the Automotive sector. In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:
- Technically guide the Embedded Software development team.
- Define software architectures based on AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive Platform.
- Manage and support activities related to UDS and DoIP diagnostic protocols, including flashing processes and FOTA software updates.
- Work on communication architectures based on Automotive Ethernet and SOME/IP protocols.
- Coordinate software integration, configuration, and validation activities.
- Support the team in resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity).
YOUR CHARACTERISTICS
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development in the Automotive sector.
- Solid knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive).
- Experience with C/C++ languages.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers, ECUs, and real-time systems.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR configuration tools.
