Software Engineer IoT/Edge – SMART CITY & EDGE AI DEVELOPMENT (M/F)Intro WaveLAB is building the distributed neural network for tomorrow's smart cities by transforming EV charging stations into intelligent, multi‐service urban nodes. Our platform combines edge AI, cloud orchestration, and modular software to enable real‐time interaction between charging stations, vehicles, people, and urban infrastructure. We unlock the hidden potential of charging stations for dynamic data collection, personalized digital services, local advertising, predictive maintenance, and full city system integration.
You'll write, test and deploy edge‐based features that power the next generation of EV infrastructure. Develop embedded software modules on Linux for IoT/Edge devices. Integrate standard protocols (OCPP,
ISO 15118) and cloud systems.
Contribute to testing, validation, and technical documentation. Proven experience in IoT/Edge software development. Solid knowledge of embedded Linux and programming languages (Python and/or C++). AI/computer vision Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) A key role in a fast‐growing innovative startup.
