/p pWith our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the processing of payroll data for Italian employees /li liMaintain accurate employee records /li liVerify and reconcile employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions /li liAssist with payroll tax calculations and filings /li liProvide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues /li liEnsure compliance with Italian payroll laws and regulations /li liLead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution /li li3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field /li liStrong knowledge of Italian payroll laws and regulations /li liExperience using Zucchetti payroll system /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liStrong proficiency in English /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, AITotal Rewards /li /ul h3Salary and Benefits /h3 pOur salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location. We don't ask about salary history.
