For a Multinational Company leader in Logistic industry.

We are looking for a: Warehouse Operations Manager In Alessandria.

In this Warehouse Operations Manager role you will, reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:

- Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;
- Assuring highest care about People management (Blue and White Collar Workers);
- Managing operational standards;
- Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
- Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
- Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.

What we need from you:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain Industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership attitude and managing people
