To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a results-driven Technical Account Management Specialist to join our Technical Account team in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD). /ppYou will be responsible for providing customers with the best-in-class Pre and Post Sales services, addressing sales opportunities, and solving issues on assigned products and services. /ph3You will: /h3ulliSupport pharma industries in the selection of appropriate containers and devices, providing the best technical solution /liliCooperate with customers, as a technical consultant, to detect unmet needs and proactively propose the best solution /liliArrange visits at customers’ plant in order to promote SG’s solutions or to facilitate the technical issues resolutions /liliAct as single point of contact for the customers in managing requests for already commercialized products /liliBrings voice of the customer within SG’s organization,
achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements with Customers /li /ulh3Who we are looking for: /h3ulliEducation: Engineering or Scientific degree or related fields /liliLanguages: Fluency in Italian and English.
