Identifying business opportunities through the analysis of market needs and the development of strategic relationships with corporate clients and logistics operators.
Processing of commercial proposals and marketing strategies to maximize the value of the properties in the portfolio. Conducting inspections , you will manage the negotiations and you will ensure that operations are completed within the established timeframes and objectives.
