A Japanese company is currently recruiting an Inside Sales to join its EMEA Marketing & Sales team in Milan, Italy.
The Inside Sales will provide customer service and sales support through phone and email interactions, managing reservations, ticketing, group bookings, and customer enquiries while maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
The ideal candidate should have customer service or sales support experience, strong communication skills, fluent Italian, and business-level English proficiency.

Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone and email, providing prompt and professional support
- Manage reservations, ticketing, group bookings, complaints, claims, and reservation-related issues
- Process BSP-related tasks including refunds and ADM handling
- Update CRM records including waivers, special requests, and additional services
- Support administrative tasks related to corporate and travel agency contracts
- Assist sales and marketing activities including B2B website updates and event participation
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, TMCs, and agents
- Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, travel operations, or related fields
- Fluent Italian and business level of fluency in English
- Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and service
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of reservation systems, fares, and ticketing processes is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
Conditions
- Location: Northern Milan, Italy
- Working Style: office based
- Salary: €30,000–€33,000 per annum depending on experience
- Job Type: permanent, full-time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
- Start: ASAP
