Experteer Overview
In this role you own indirect spend categories across the EMEA region, shaping strategy and driving measurable value. You will lead end-to-end category management and work with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance, cost savings, and risk mitigation. The position offers visibility with senior stakeholders and the chance to influence procurement on a multinational scale. You will engage with suppliers to drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
- Conduct market analysis, spend reviews, supplier assessments, and TCO evaluations
- Establish and maintain Preferred Supplier Lists and negotiate commercial agreements
- Benchmark suppliers, pricing, and service levels for competitiveness
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and lead regular business reviews
- Negotiate contracts and commercial frameworks
- Develop supplier performance improvement plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across the supplier base
- Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, IT,
Facilities across EMEA
- Support business case development and investment decisions with market insights
- Influence stakeholders to adopt procurement best practices and preferred supplier solutions
- Ensure early procurement engagement to maximise value creation opportunities
- Drive procurement process optimization and compliance across the sourcing lifecycle
- Promote adoption of e-Sourcing tools and Oracle procurement solutions
- Monitor savings, supplier performance, compliance and category KPIs
- Lead xysqume regional procurement improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement and/or Category Management
- Proven success in developing and executing category strategies with measurable savings
- Strong experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations and contract management
- Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English communication skills
