liaising with global teams and cutting-edge propulsion technologies /ppbr/ppbResponsabilites /b /ppIn this junior role, you will support the team in: /pulliEnsuring the deployment of product Quality standards for engines under development and in production. /liliContributing to design-related quality activities, from early development to end of production. /liliSupporting global teams in improving propulsion systems processes related to engines. /liliAssisting in design assessments and in tracking quality KPIs across regions and programs. /liliHelping analyze propulsion system interactions to drive continuous quality improvement. /liliParticipating in engineering analysis to support resolution of field concerns. /liliSupporting issue management (ALTIS/PLM/GIMs) and follow-up of corrective actions. /liliCollaborating with Customer Experience teams on warranty topics and emerging issues. /liliReviewing engineering repair and service procedures with guidance from senior engineers. /liliPreparing materials for internal meetings and contributing to project reporting. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliMaster degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering. /lili0-3 years of experience.
/liliStrong interest in propulsion systems, engines and product quality. /liliBasic knowledge of quality tools (problem solving, design reviews, continuous improvement). /liliGood analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex technical topics. /liliAbility to stay organized, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. /liliGood communication skills, team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude. /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office tools. /liliGood knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus. /liliExposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships). /liliPrevious internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering. /li /ulpbr/ppbOffer /b /pulliSalary range: from 37000€ to 40000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpbr/ppAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
