Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and organised Laundry Supervisor to join our team at Constance Halaveli, Maldives. In this supervisory role, you will oversee all laundry operations for our luxury resort, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service excellence. You will lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations whilst supporting the smooth functioning of our hospitality services. - Supervise and manage the laundry team, providing clear direction, support, and constructive feedback to ensure optimal performance • Oversee all laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding of linens and guest garments • Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all items meet resort specifications and guest expectations - Plan and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workload distribution • Monitor inventory levels of linens, chemicals, and supplies, coordinate ordering and stock management • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the laundry facility - Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance with relevant departments • Train new staff members on laundry procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards • Prepare reports on operational metrics, staff performance, and any issues requiring management attention • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency measures • Maintain a clean, safe,
