You will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy. /p pMove with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Product Quality Engineer, you will be the quality champion within our product development teams, ensuring that every Technogym product meets exceptional standards of reliability, performance, and safety from concept to launch. /p pYou will drive quality assurance activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, mitigating risks and ensuring a seamless user experience. /p pYour collaboration with RD, Product Management,
and Manufacturing will be critical in embedding quality into our innovative wellness solutions and upholding our brand's premium reputation. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDefine, monitor, and drive the achievement of product-specific quality objectives, including reliability, performance, and safety targets. /li liDevelop and implement advanced quality assurance methods and processes in collaboration with RD, manufacturing, and service teams. /li liLead comprehensive risk assessments, such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), throughout the product development lifecycle to proactively identify and mitigate potential failures. /li liManage the end-to-end debugging cycle for new products, ensuring thorough root cause analysis is performed and effective corrective actions are implemented. /li liAnalyze and resolve complex product anomalies discovered during development, testing, and early field operation to ensure long-term reliability. /li liEstablish and validate product testing protocols and quality specifications to guarantee that all products meet design requirements. /li liAnalyze field performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing and future products.
/li liEnsure that all product development activities and documentation comply with international standards and regulatory requirements. /li liAct as the primary quality representative in project core teams, providing critical input and guidance at each stage gate. /li liPrepare and present detailed reports on product quality status, risk levels, and validation results to project stakeholders and management. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p h3What you should bring /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering. /li liKnowledge of customer and business lines, product functionality, and digital tools. /li liExperience with quality tools and total quality approach. /li liStrong problem-solving and project management skills. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefici /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
