And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /ppWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, strongStellantis /strong could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /ppbr / /ppstrongJob Overview /strong /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager /ppbr / /ppTechnical Skills /pulli5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality). /liliKnowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap /liliExperience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition. /liliExperience in containment management and serial life management. /liliExperience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities. /liliKnowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation. /liliKnowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
