We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Customer Agent Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about travel, culture, and gastronomy, this could be the opportunity for you!
What We Offer:
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week in a stimulating and collaborative environment
- Flexibility: Shift work, including weekends, to ensure excellent customer service
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with experience managing bookings ( Fareharbor especially
- Fluent in English (C2 level preferred) and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
