Senior Operations & Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Operations & Supply Chain Manager capable of leading and optimizing end-to-end processes across the entire value chain: planning, procurement, logistics, operations, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
This role will be key to ensuring operational efficiency, service continuity, cost control, compliance with inventory levels, and the development of scalable processes to support the company’s growth.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with an operational approach, along with hands-on experience in managing suppliers, KPIs, teams, and organizational transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize operations and supply chain processes throughout the entire flow, from demand planning to customer delivery.
Coordinate procurement activities, purchase planning, supplier management, and service performance monitoring.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and operational continuity.
Monitor and improve key KPIs: OTIF, lead time, service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, cost-to-serve, and operational efficiency.
Identify critical issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with the sales, finance, production, quality, and customer service departments to align demand, operational capacity, and business objectives.
Support the development of processes, procedures, and control tools to make the organization more structured, streamlined, and scalable.
Lead initiatives to optimize costs, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
Manage and develop the operations/supply chain team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and a results-oriented culture.
Support any projects involving the implementation or improvement of ERP/MRP/WMS and reporting systems.
Requirements:
At least 5-8 years of experience in leading and develop a team & corresponding structures in Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement roles in a manufacturing environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience in the integrated management of operational and supply chain processes, preferably in structured or growing organizations.
Core focus in Supply Chain and cost-driven sourcing. Solid knowledge of planning, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Strong ability to analyse data and use KPIs to drive decisions.
Experience managing and develop teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Good knowledge of Excel and major management/ERP systems.
Excellent command of English.
The following are a plus:
Knowledge of Lean methodologies, S&OP;, demand planning and project management.
Experience with organizational transformation or restructuring or process digitization projects.
Familiarity with BI and reporting tools.

What we’re Looking For:
- Preferably a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- At least 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial settings
- Excellent knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis tools
- Leadership, problem-solving, and strategic vision skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships
- Excellent command of English
