This is a highly visible leadership opportunity offering broad international exposure, significant autonomy and the chance to influence the EHS agenda within a global industrial organization committed to operational excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement. /p p Key Responsibilities /pulli Develop and execute the regional Environment, Health Safety strategy across manufacturing operations in Italy and an additional European country, ensuring alignment with global objectives. /lili Act as the appointed b RSPP /b in accordance with Italian legislation. /lili Lead and support local EHS teams, providing direction, coaching and functional leadership to ensure consistency in standards and execution across all sites. /lili Partner closely with Plant Managers and regional leadership teams to identify operational risks, establish priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /lili Ensure full compliance with all applicable Italian, European and local health, safety and environmental regulations. /lili Promote a proactive and sustainable safety culture through behavioural safety programs, leadership engagement and capability development initiatives. /lili Drive the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the company's certified management systems, including b ISO 14001 /b and b ISO 45001 /b . /lili Lead internal audits, compliance assessments, regulatory inspections and certification audits while ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
/lili Standardize EHS processes and share best practices across manufacturing locations to improve performance and operational consistency. /lili Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance and other business functions to integrate EHS principles into strategic and operational decision-making. /lili Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and external stakeholders. /lili Support capital investment planning by identifying EHS priorities and contributing to the evaluation of industrial projects. /lili Monitor regional EHS performance through KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting, providing regular updates to senior management. /lili Contribute to the organization's sustainability objectives by supporting environmental initiatives and continuous performance improvement. /li /ul p Candidate Profile /pp We are looking for a high-calibre EHS professional with proven experience operating in complex multinational manufacturing environments. The successful candidate combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and demonstrates the leadership required to influence diverse stakeholders across international organizations. /p p Requirements /pulli Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health Safety, Prevention Techniques or another relevant technical or scientific discipline. /lili Qualification to act as b RSPP /b under Italian legislation. /lili At least b8–10 years /b of progressive experience in senior EHS positions within multinational manufacturing organizations. /lili Proven experience managing Environment, Health Safety activities across multiple manufacturing sites and different countries. /lili Strong knowledge of Italian and European health, safety and environmental legislation. /lili Solid experience implementing, maintaining and improving b ISO 14001 /b and b ISO 45001 /b management systems. /lili Extensive experience conducting internal audits, managing regulatory inspections and ensuring compliance within complex industrial environments. /lili Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and developing a strong safety culture.
