We're looking for our Founding BDRAs TROPICO Security keeps on growing, we need someone who can open the doors of Europe's CISOs for us.We build amazing deception tech. Fake portals, honeytokens, AI honeypots, the kind of traps that make attackers regret ever touching a keyboard. Our CISOs love it. Attackers... less so.Mr. Coco, our Chief Deception Officer, wants you on the frontline!The Role:Reaching out to CISOs and working side by side with our sales team and the foundersOwn the top of the funnel: prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, whatever worksBook and qualify meetings with CISOs and security leaders across Italy and the EUBuild the outbound playbook from zero, sequences, ICP, messaging, toolingGrow into an AE role as we scale, this is the fast track, not a dead endYou are:1 to 3 years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR experience is a plus but hunger matters moreCurious about cybersecurity, you don't need to be an expert, you need to want to become oneItalian mother tongue, professional English, based in or willing to move to MilanResilient, allergic to copy paste emails,
