pbPosition Mission /b /ppReporting directly to the CEO, ensure the efficiency, compliance and sustainability of the business through the implementation of management systems, the optimization of business processes and the maintenance of the related certifications, in accordance with the regulatory standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 27001, UNI/PdR 125 and ISO 30415. /ppKnowledge of the railway business is preferred. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliImplement the guidelines and minimum requirements needed to ensure the maintenance of management system certifications, in accordance with the applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, UNI/PdR 125). /liliEnsure, in coordination with the HSE function, that applicable HSE legal requirements are identified and kept up to date and that the related obligations are fulfilled. /liliSupport business units in process improvement and gather requirements for an integrated plan that takes into account the opportunities offered by new certifications. /liliEnsure reporting to Company Management. /liliMonitor performance and compliance with policies, defined processes and regulatory requirements. /liliEnsure the maintenance of management systems and the application of the regulatory requirements set out by the applicable certification standards. /liliDraft and keep up to date the system documentation, including Policies and procedures /liliEnsure that internal and third-party audit programs are implemented. /liliCarry out context analysis and risk assessment for the areas in which the company holds certification. /liliCoordinate the Supplier Qualification process, liaising with the other business functions involved, in particular HSE and Cybersecurity, and keeping the register of qualified suppliers up to date. /liliEstablish the methods for Supplier Evaluation, defining criteria, methods and tools for monitoring supplier performance,



and coordinate the periodic evaluation process. /liliPrepare project Quality Plans and ensure, in coordination with the Project Manager, that project activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable quality standards and company procedures. /liliAttend the Quality Audits scheduled as part of the product CE verification paths (Modules CD and CH1) and ensure the maintenance of the product CE certification related to the QMS. /liliMonitor the Non-Conformity management process, ensuring that non-conformities are recorded and that treatment and corrective actions are effectively implemented. /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Engineering, preferably Management or Environmental Engineering /liliIn-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 27001, UNI/PdR 125, ISO 30415 and ISO 19011 standards; Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification for management systems /liliKnowledge of the Office Package; knowledge of the railway business is preferred /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Soft Skills /b /ppbr/pulliResults orientation /liliInitiative /liliPartnering /liliPlanning and organization /liliLeadership and development of others /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbCCNL: /b Metalmeccanico /ppbContract type: /bFull - time, permanent position /ppbGross Annual Salary (RAL): /b € 35.000 - € 40.000, commensurate with experience and qualifications /ppbBenefits: /belectronic meal vouchers and welfare benefits in line with the provisions of the applicable CCNL. /ppbr/ppAngelstar is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
