Main DutiesThe Front Office Agent will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to guests before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to check-out, in order to create memorable and personalized experiences for all guests. They must deliver the highest quality of service at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. The role involves working in line with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures, contributing to creating a harmonious work atmosphere with a collaborative approach. He/She will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, arranging transportation and any related service towards guest’s needsOperationaAt beginning of each shift, always control the daily agenda & Logbook in order to check any last minute changes, and to double check that services are indeed confirmed with restaurant, transportation services eccMake sure that any fixed charges related to Transportation costs or any other payment services are correctly inserted in Opera on guest’s reservationProvide normal FO Agent activities such as Check in, Check out, @ info email inbox control, scheduled with the usual Front Office shifts (AM-PM-NIGH)Respond to general Front Office responsabilitiesProvides information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife,
or recreational opportunitiesRuns appropriate errands for guests and picks up or delivers a variety of itemsProvides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needsFulfills unusual requests such as arranging for adventure experiences such as hot air balloon rides, coordinating special moments for guests, and searching for hard-to-find itemsDevelops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of patrons, customers, guests, or employeesPerforms other related duties as assignedRepresent the main point of contact for guest’s needs and requestQualificationsItalian work permitsPrevious experience of at least 6 months in the same role, preferably in luxury hotel establishmentsCustomer orientation and good problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and effective communicationKindness, friendliness, and professionalismFlexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts/weekendsExcellent knowledge of English, knowledge of a second foreign language will be a preferred requirementWhat we offerA dynamic an international environmentThe opportunity to establish a continuous working relationship and growth opportunitiesCCNL Turismo FederalberghiRAL expected to range approximately between €24,000 and €26,000, to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority
