Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a
Senior Account Manager to drive growth in the Italian market and play a key role in one of our strategic business segments. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with assigned OEMs and partners, executing our Go-to-Market strategy while identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with customers, helping them develop innovative solutions and supporting the implementation of our sales growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive sales activities across assigned OEMs and partners in Italy, executing the Go-to-Market strategy and delivering sustainable business growth.
Build and expand strategic customer relationships by growing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a focus on Danfoss strategic platforms.
Lead account planning and ensure successful execution of Business Unit initiatives, while capturing and sharing customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure a coordinated market approach.
Manage partner agreements and OEM contracts in collaboration with the Contracts Manager, while supporting clear governance to avoid channel conflicts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Hydraulics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience in commercial and/or technical roles within the hydraulics industry, preferably in international and structured environments, with proven experience in account management and business development.
Strong understanding of industrial market dynamics, customer needs, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with a proactive customer-focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments.
Fluent in Italian and English, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Compensation & Benefits
Permanent Contract
Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanica Industria (CNEL Code C011)
Annual Gross Salary Range: €65.000 – €75.000
Premio system: variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company performance.
Salary review: conducted annually, based on individual merit and overall company performance.
