You will work closely with statisticians, data scientists, study teams and external partners. We value curiosity, practical problem solving and clear communication. This role offers growth in technical skills, chances to influence study decisions, and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, test and document code to transform, analyse and report clinical and observational datasets. /liliProduce validated datasets, tables, listings and figures that meet agreed standards and timelines. /liliSupport SDTM, ADaM and reporting activities, including study and standard program development, validation and review. /liliReview and quality check code, outputs and documentation to ensure accuracy and reproducibility. /liliCollaborate with statisticians, data scientists and study teams to implement analysis plans and resolve technical questions. /liliHelp introduce and apply improved tools, automation or coding patterns within an agile delivery setting. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications Skills /h3ulliDegree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. /liliPractical programming experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, biotech or a CRO. /liliExperience with scripting or statistical languages such as R or Python. /liliFamiliarity with clinical data standards (for example CDISC SDTM and ADaM) or experience mapping and transforming complex datasets. /liliExperience producing validated outputs and performing code reviews or quality control. /liliClear written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. /liliFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications Skills /h3ulliHands‑on experience with SAS programming and SQL. /liliExperience preparing submission‑ready files and documentation such as define.xml and reviewers’ guides. /liliExperience building automation, reusable code libraries or tools to improve efficiency. /liliFamiliarity with data visualisation tools and exploratory analysis packages. /liliUnderstanding of regulatory expectations for clinical data deliverables. /liliExperience working in Agile teams and using collaboration tools such as Jira. /li /ulh3What we offer:

In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
