The role is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development through customer delivery and after‑sales support. The Product Quality Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates cross‑functional activities, and supports the enhancement of product reliability, robustness, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilitiesdefine and implement the Product Quality strategy across the organizationmonitor quality performance of machines installed at customer sitesanalyze data from testing, installation, technical support, and customer feedbackidentify trends, root causes,
and opportunities for product improvementcollaborate with Engineering during product design and industrialization phasessupport validation and qualification processes for new productsdefine and maintain product quality requirements and acceptance criteriacoordinate the management of product non‑conformities and customer complaintsensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectivenessmanage quality escalations with key and strategic customerspromote initiatives aimed at reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improving product reliabilitycoordinate cross‑functional teams and provide regular reporting on product quality performanceWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related fieldminimum 5 years of experience in Product Quality, Quality Engineering, or similar roles within the automated machinery industrystrong analytical skills and experience with structured problem‑solving methodologiesexperience in managing product non‑conformities and customer complaintsgood command of the English language, both written and spokenavailability to travel to customer and supplier sites as requiredstrong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skillscustomer‑focused mindset with a data‑driven approachability to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical authorityeffective communication skills with both technical and managerial audiencesstrong commitment to continuous improvement and quality cultureOur OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 47.200, in line with experience.
