For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an ASSOCIATE SCIENTISTRequirementsPrepare formulations and perform in-process analytical characterization for development and stability studies.Follow laboratory protocols and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) requirements with accuracy.Manage documentation to ensure process traceability and timely issue reporting.Understand and follow standard protocols and procedures consistently.Collect and generate data while maintaining high ethical standards and data integrity.Participate in discussions on the design of scientific experiments and contribute actively.Write laboratory protocols and reports when needed to support internal project documentation.Present scientific data in internal meetings clearly and effectively.ResponsibilitiesPrepare formulations and perform in-process analytical characterization for development and stability studies.Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) requirements.Manage documentation to guarantee traceability of processes and timely issue reporting.Support the design of scientific experiments by contributing technical input during discussions.Prepare and present scientific data during internal meetings and project reviews.Draft laboratory protocols and reports to support internal project documentation when required.SkillsA Master's Degree in Biochemistry, Biology,
