This role is responsible for evaluating our products and supporting their commercial launch and sales promotion in the area of expertise. Ensure efficient support in the operational and administrative management of product development projects, contributing to the correct monitoring of the market and the success of commercial launches.
Evaluate the agronomic performance and adaptability of the varieties with respect to market standards Identify competitive advantages, commercial strengths and critical issues Conduct and update market analysis (segmentation, competitive analysis, trends) Develop market knowledge and contribute to business plans Organize promotional events for direct and indirect customers Provide the Product Development Manager with the elements necessary to define sales forecasts (volumes, quality and timing) for the first years of marketing. Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience in the agro-related dustry Interpersonal skills and customer orientation Strong commercial aptitude and teamwork Motivation, proactivity and operational autonomy Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
