The role requires broad exposure to partner-led sales models, a strong understanding of distribution dynamics, and the ability to build and execute joint growth strategies with key partners, distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Success will depend on developing strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing the impact of Mitel's channel ecosystem.
