/ppbr / /ppstrongRoles and Responsibilities: /strong /pulliImplement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliTechnical and operational support to Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams. /liliManage the budget for capital investments and tooling. /liliIndustrial project coordination, including installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery equipment and production systems. /liliMonitor and analyze production costs (overhead analysis with regular monitoring, reporting, and variance analysis) and identify costs arising from non-conformities. /liliSupplier and non-conformity cost management, including identification and recovery of costs related to supplier-related quality issues. /liliManage the production time-tracking system. /liliPerformance management and KPI analysis, supporting operational and strategic decision-making. /liliGenerate and analyze operational statistics and reports. /liliContractor supervision and HSE compliance, ensuring coordination, regulatory adherence, and safe execution of external activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Experience: /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline. /liliContinuous improvement mindset, with a strong interest in automation and process optimization.
/liliBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques. /liliStrong communication, time management and problem solving skills. /liliKnowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and investment analysis in a manufacturing context. /liliFamiliarity with HSE regulations and contractor management in an industrial environment. /liliProficient use of MS Office (especially Excel). /liliFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken). /liliPrevious technical experience in a manufacturing environment and/or the energy sector, preferably in an automation-related role would be considered as asset. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongMust have Technical Competencies: /strong /pulliProgramming (coding). /liliIndustrial automation. /liliManagement of IT systems and network protocols. /liliKnowledge of Angular, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, and C# . /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer: /strong /ppstrongEmployment Type: /strong 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract. /ppstrongWorking Hours: /strong Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with flexible working hours. /ppstrongCollective Bargaining Agreement: /strong CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. /ppstrongCompensation: /strong Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €30,000. /ppstrongLocation: /strong Colico (LC), Italy /ppbr / /ppemSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
