ph3Program Manager (RD26) Datalogic Monteveglio, Emilia-Romagna, Italy /h3 pDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Role is responsible for ensuring project deliverables’ alignment to Business Goals through the adoption of adequate processes and tools, contributing to ensure project compliance with Budget and Timing constraints, fostering cross-functional collaboration across teams and securing Stakeholder Buy-in towards Business Goals. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liOversee scope, plans, schedules and budgets to ensure project objectives are accomplished within the required time frame, budget and product cost parameters. Must demonstrate ownership and leadership to get the job done. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and taking full ownership of on-time project delivery. /li liManage Program from concept initiation to full production delivery, interfacing with internal/external stakeholders. /li liManage and lead a Program Core team, consisting of representatives across all functions within the organization. /li liOrganize program activities and interdepartmental meetings, fostering seamless collaboration and integration across potentially siloed vertical knowledge centers of competence. /li liProactively assess project risks, develop, and implement comprehensive risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liEducation: Master's degree in Engineering or in other Scientific Area /li liLanguages: Italian, English Fluent /li liTechnical Soft Skills: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing complex software development projects; experience within AI project development is a significant advantage. /li liProven expertise in leading hybrid projects,
effectively applying both traditional (e.g., Waterfall) and incremental/iterative (e.g., Agile) methodologies. /li liProficient in utilizing relevant project management tools within both Waterfall and Agile environments, including Microsoft Project and Jira. /li liProven ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog definition, prioritization, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. /li liData analysis and presentation skills.
