/li liRemain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Qualifications /h3 ul li2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant. /li liAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management. /li liStrong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization. /li liDemonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently. /li liMust be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrior payroll processing experience. /li liExperience supporting remote teams. /li liFamiliarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
