pemKLN Project, for its EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities, is seeking a /emstrongemPlanning Scheduling Engineer /em /strongem to join its Project Control team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Offshore Oil Gas EPC projects. /em /ppemThis position will report to the Project Control Manager, and she/he will play a key role in delivering end-to-end planning and scheduling services within complex and international project environments. /em /ppemThe candidate will work in close coordination with the Project Team, Client and Subcontractors to ensure robust planning, reliable forecasting, accurate progress monitoring, and timely delivery. /em /p pstrongemKey Responsibilities /em /strong /pulliemdevelop and maintain detailed project schedule in line with project requirements; /em /liliemcheck and consolidate subcontractor schedules into the integrated Project Master Schedule; /em /liliemestablish and manage progress measurement system, tracking production, productivity and performance; /em /liliemcoordinate schedule interfaces across all Project stakeholders; /em /liliemprovide regular schedule forecasts,
including key milestones and critical path analysis; /em /liliemlead planning and schedule review meetings with project stakeholders; /em /liliemanalyze schedule performance and produce progress reports; /em /liliemreview and validate project planning deliverables and reports; /em /liliemsupport project meetings and ensure alignment across planning activities. /em /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemRequirement /em /strong /pulliem8+ years’ experience in project planning within the EPC Oil Gas sector (offshore experience is considered a plus); /em /liliemstrong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory); /em /liliemproven experience in managing complex, multi-interface projects; /em /liliemproactive approach with strong analytical and coordination skills; /em /liliemfluency in English (written and spoken). /em /li /ulpbr / /ppemWork site: south-east Milan zone. /em /ppemEmployment classification: operative position, level commensurate with experience. /em /p
