Because that’s what drives you to be better, be more and ultimately, be more fulfilled. /p h3Senior Project Manager /h3 pJob Type - Hybrid (3 days per week) /p pEmployment Type - Fixed term employment (12 months duration contract) /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liCandidate should be willing to work flexible shift timings. /li liShould have experience working with Global clients. /li liShould have total 5-10 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure. /li liShould be involved into Project/Transition Management activities from past 10 years where he is PM from past 5 years. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol liResponsible for crisis management, process management, SLA adherence, service improvement, value adds etc. specific to his/her business unit – responsible for ensuring stability. /li liShould be able to drive the run arena – sys admin,
storage and backup service towers. /li liTechnical background preferred – should be comfortable and must know at least one OS flavor (UNIX, Windows), VMWARE, Storage and backup background would be an added advantage. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills – mandatory – Interaction is required at senior business level and internal delivery teams. /li liExcellent confidence level and good attitude – mandatory - Interaction is required at senior business level and internally delivery teams. /li liShould be customer facing and have a friendly personality. /li liKRA - Zero Escalation, Zero Surprise and Negotiator with the Customer. /li liPreferred ITIL and Six Sigma background. /li liMust have project management skills. /li /ol h3Skills Required /h3 ul liFive years of previous project management (due diligence, transition, delivery, etc) experience. /li liProficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office Suite. /li liKnowledge on Google Cloud and experience in delivering Google Cloud / Cloud projects. /li liSolid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies. /li liKnowledge of and demonstrated experience in the project lifecycle. /li liCrisp communication and presentation skills.
/li liWell-developed negotiation and relationship skills. /li liAbility to build consensus. /li liDetail and big picture orientation. /li liOrganization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance by management. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks in parallel. /li liStrong interpersonal skills. /li liITIL certified. /li liProject Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification preferred. /li liSix Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certification a plus. /li /ul h3Language Proficiency – English and Italian /h3 pCertificate of Disability in Force by law 68/99.
