ppThe Data Analyst/BI Specialist is responsible for collecting, integrating, modeling, and leveraging data from company systems (MES, ERP, quality and production systems), transforming it into useful information to support decision-making and improve operational performance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ulliLeading sales and business development in the designated region. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities and Activities: /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to production, quality, efficiency, and operational performance. /li liCollaborate with the MES application development team to define metrics and translate operational needs into data models and structured reporting. /li liImplement and optimize Power BI data models using DAX, modeling best practices, and performance tuning strategies. /li liManage report refresh and publishing processes, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. /li liDevelop and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting and transforming data from MES, SQL databases, and corporate APIs. /li liEnsure the quality, consistency, and traceability of data used in decision-making processes. /li liMonitor and support data loading processes and Business Intelligence services, identifying and resolving any anomalies. /li liDraft technical and functional documentation and provide training support to end users. /li /ul h3Required Skills and Knowledge: /h3 pAt least 3 years of experience in the role and in the specific context required. /p h3Business Intelligence and Reporting /h3 pExcellent knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
/p pExperience designing management and operational dashboards. /p pAdvanced knowledge of the DAX language. /p pExperience in data modeling (star schema, dimensions, facts). /p pExperience in performance optimization and incremental refresh management. /p h3Data Integration and Database /h3 pKnowledge of Apache NiFi or equivalent data integration tools. /p pGood knowledge of SQL Server and the SQL language. /p pExperience integrating data from MES and REST API services. /p h3Monitoring and Automation /h3 pKnowledge of automation processes and refresh scheduling. /p pFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. /p h3Preferred factors: /h3 pExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments. /p pKnowledge of production processes, quality, OEE, and factory KPIs. /p pExperience with MES systems. /p pFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environments. /p pExperience in multinational and multi-site environments. /p pAnalytical skills and problem-solving attitude. /p pAbility to interact with technical and business stakeholders. /p pAbility to organize work independently. /p pStructured approach to documentation and standardization. /p pGood communication and user training skills. /p h3Education: /h3 pDegree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines. /p h3Working hours: /h3 pFull-time with the option of remote working two days a week. /p h3Classification: /h3 pCCNL Tertiary Trade. /p h3Approximate salary: /h3 p€35,000-€40,000 (defined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
