SALES ASSISTANT_Area Metropolitana MilanoSalary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). To maximize sales for the store;To provide product, promotion,
and pricing information by clarifying customer request;To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;To support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store;To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;To go the "extra mile" to meet targets. Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;Retail or service industry experience;Great customer service and people skills;Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;Good standard of numeracy and problem solving;Dynamic and creative.
