pDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers. /ppManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure. /ppBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies. /ppCompliance Grid Requirements: /ppEnsure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards. /ppCollaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid. /ppStay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations. /ppCollaboration Leadership: /ppbr/ppWork closely with engineering, operations, and RD teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. /ppQualifications:
/ppElectrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. /pp3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS. /ppStrong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards). /ppExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. /ppFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems. /ppStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. /ppWillingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits. /p
