ppbAre you a technically savvy professional with a passion for solving industrial challenges? /b /p pAt bJames Walker /b, we engineer world-class sealing solutions for the most demanding applications across boil gas, power generation, chemical processing, marine, and heavy industries /b. /p pWe’re looking for an bApplication Engineer /bwho thrives in the field—someone can liaise directly with customers to provide technical solutions to sealing and material problems. /p h3What You’ll Do – Your Mission: /h3 pAs an Application engineer, you’ll provide technical advice and guidance on the product and service capabilities of James Walker’s broad product range ensuring internal and external stakeholders and customers are communicated to and supported effectively. /p pYour key responsibilities include: /p ulliTo evaluate and provide product technical support to internal and external customers for queries that require technical solutions. This role includes providing a technical support service to customers onsite. /liliTo proactively support sales opportunities where the technical offering is key to order realisation and/or valued by the customer. /liliTo provide conceptual proposals of sealing and material solutions for customers. /liliTo provide and support product and application training for internal and external sales staff. /liliTo identify the need for new products and materials and to support the Manufacturing Business Units as required for projects that impact the Italian and global market. /liliTo recognise and interpret International, National, Customer and Company specifications. /liliTo produce and assist in the production of technical material and data for the use of James Walker employees. /li /ul h3What You Bring:
