ppWe are looking for a bSustainability Specialist /b who will report to the bSustainability Manager /b. Your workplace will be our HQ located in Uboldo (VA). /ph3Mission /h3pSupport the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy and contributing to the achievement of LUVE's sustainability goals. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare the Sustainability Report in compliance with CSRD/ESRS reporting standards. /liliSupport the definition and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy by identifying and driving sustainability initiatives and projects across the Group and its subsidiaries. /liliCollect, monitor, and analyze Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and KPIs related to the Sustainability Plan integrated into the business strategy. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to integrate sustainable practices into business processes. /liliManage the completion and submission of major sustainability ratings and assessments (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis) as well as sustainability questionnaires for customers and investors. /liliPrepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for management and key stakeholders. /liliMonitor sustainability trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices. /liliSupport the activities of the Group's international Sustainability Community. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have) /h3ulliKnowledge of global sustainability trends and the evolving ESG landscape. /liliExperience conducting supplier sustainability audits (e.g., ISO 14001, SA8000, or similar standards). /liliExperience with ESG data management software. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli3 years of experience in sustainability within a corporate environment or a consulting firm.

The compensation package also includes a company performance bonus.
