Berluti in Ferrara, Italy, seeks an experienced HR Administration & Payroll Manager to oversee personnel administration, payroll operations, budgeting, and HR analytics within the HR & General Services department.

The role requires 7–10 years in HR administration with payroll expertise, fluency in Italian and English, and strong Excel/HRIS skills (Zucchetti, SuccessFactors a plus). It is an on-site position with a target annual gross salary around €50k plus a 5% premio.
