Position: Global Internal Communications Specialist (f/m/d)
We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our global communications team and help drive effective, engaging, and impactful communication across a diverse international organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who is passionate about storytelling, employee engagement, and delivering high-quality communication experiences that support business objectives and strengthen company culture.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Support the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global business priorities and organizational goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms.
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant.
- Coordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
- Prepare communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content.
- Partner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging.
- Support communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.
- Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration,
and employee engagement.
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience-centered communication.
- Experience working with internal communication platforms such as intranet systems, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and a strong interest in AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track engagement metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements to communication effectiveness.
