and industrial partners.Participate in integration and testing — you’ll see the system come to life.Contribute to configuration management and non‑conformity resolution.This is a role where you don’t work on a “piece” — you work on the system.Who We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).1+ years of experience working with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway also welcome).Strong Italian and English skills.Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.Core SkillsSystem Engineering: requirements, V‑model, interface management.Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.Hardware/software integration.Solid technical problem‑solving.Clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience with Radar, RF, or advanced sensing.MBSE / SysML (Cameo, Capella).Scripting (Python, MATLAB) for analysis or automation.Electronic or telecom engineering background.What We OfferSalary range: 35k€–45k€, based on experience.Permanent contract.Growth paths toward System Lead or Technical Specialist.Real, long‑term, complex projects — not “intern‑level tasks”.A young, technical, collaborative environment.InclusionWe value diversity and promote it throughout the entire selection process.
