You will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy.Your RoleWe are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evolving cloud-native solutions.You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem, which includes gym equipment, mobile and web applications, and third-party integrations. You'll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable, highly available, and secure cloud services.Your ImpactDesign, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.JsArchitect and manage cloud-native services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalabilityMentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and complianceHandle incidents,
